The GJHS Eagle Club is a non-profit, volunteer organization comprised of parents, coaches, administrators and community members who support the football program at George Jenkins High School.
The Eagle Club provides hundreds of volunteer hours and thousands of dollars each year to enhance the high standards and success of Eagle football and its student athletes, managers, trainers, and coaches.
Everyone is encouraged to to become involved with the Eagle Club. In doing so, you can be an important advocate for an environment of excellence for the student athletes in the classroom and on the field. Please consider a leadership position as a board member of the George Jenkins Eagle Club, and be a powerful voice in decisions concerning our student athletes!
The Board of Directors for the George Jenkins Eagle Club is comprised of dedicated and hard-working Eagle supporters who are committed to raising funds for additional needs of the program. The Board of Directors typically meet once a month; the second Tuesday. The meetings are held in the George Jenkins High School cafeteria, and the meeting start time is usually 7:00pm. All supporters are welcome to participate in the meetings and take an active role in the George Jenkins Eagle Club's management. The success of this organization is based solely on membership participation.
The George Jenkins Eagle Club raises money for various needs of the student athlete. Fund raisers range from Golf Tournaments and Gold Cards to program advertisements and sales. Generous donations are also made from our local community, parents, and businesses.
